It has been about a week and a half since painting the basic outline of the "Nashville Panorama." Tonight, I will be adding in the sky background with a muted violet consisting of French Ultramarine Blue, Permanent Alizarin Crimson, Titanium White, and a little Yellow Ochre. I am loading up both sides of the brush with paint. By using both sides of the brush in rapid strokes, I can cover the canvas in a more efficient manner. One of the great things about painting is the ability to cover previous iterations of miscalculated outlines.
