Today, I am focusing on the upper part of the canvas. My intent is fill in more layers of the hazy rain and fog covering the the buildings in the background. I mix French Ultramarine, Alizarin Crimson and a little Titanium White for a muted blue of the upper sky. A little Yellow Ochre is added with more white to create a gradation of hue coming down toward the interior of the image.
